SCHOOL REPORTS
Each local PTA unit is invited to give a report about their PTA and school during one of the Council meetings. Each school will be assigned a meeting to present their report. The report can be presented by the PTA President, principal, faculty, or any PTA board member. Considering the time constraints, please limit reports to 5 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions. You may report on any topic regarding your school that you wish. Below, are suggestions about the types of information that you may want to share with the Council.
INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO SHARE: 1. Size of student body and number of grades at your school. 2. Special PTA programs or fundraising ideas, membership drives etc. 3. School activities, classroom experiences, programs that make your school unique 4. Problems at your school such as overcrowding, academic needs, parental concerns, etc. 5. Problems with your PTA activities such as membership, volunteers, fundraising, or programs that did not work for your unit.
