Khan Academy --  http://www.khanacademy.org/  -- is a very useful site.   There you can find short (15 minutes or so) video presentations on just about any topic covered in most subjects offered from elementary school through AP courses.  I checked out a few math videos and found them very easy to follow.  If a student is absent or just needs help with, for example, “conic sections: hyperbolas,” this is a great resource.

Juniors/Seniors: Lots of information about the particular colleges you are interested in, your chances of acceptance, specific majors, grad programs, etc. is available on College Confidential*

Over the past few years several JF students have participated in the following two programs (there are school-year and summer sessions) and have found them very worthwhile.
