Bedford is located on route 460, half way between Lynchburg and Roanoke. 

There are 3 exits off of 460 into Bedford. 

You will take the 2^nd (or Middle) exit, either way you are traveling.  This is the “Smith Mountain Lake” exit.

If you are traveling east, toward Lynchburg, you will turn LEFT at the stop sign at the
end of the ramp.

 If you are traveling west, toward Roanoke, you will turn RIGHT at the stop sign at the end of the ramp.

You will be on 122 headed into Bedford after turning at the end of the ramp.

You will then go a few blocks, down a hill to a flashing yellow light at the bottom.  Here you will turn RIGHT onto E. Franklin St. 
Go to the stop sign and the Bedford County School Board Office is to your immediate right.  You may park in the lot across the street or the one beside the building.
