Staunton River High School Profile Sheet
Welcome to the official website of
Staunton River High School.
The purpose of this site is to provide information to individuals
who are interested in the school.
Message from
Mr. Zimmerman - SRHS Principal
I would like to take a moment to say
what a pleasure it is to serve this community as principal of Staunton River
High School.
I have been asked to serve in this position and have accepted
these new duties with honor.
My career in education spans the past 36 years.
I come here from Goodview Elementary School,
where I served as principal since 2000.
My wife and I are both graduates of Staunton River
High School, and having
watched both of my daughters graduate from here as well, I know the
values and pride that reside within this great community.
My greatest intent as
principal is to provide the leadership that will create an
environment to allow students to thrive academically, socially and
culturally. Education is
a partnership between students, family and school.
I believe that all students can succeed with hard work and
determination, and with encouragement and support of the family.
If you have questions or concerns,
please contact me by phone or email.
Working together, we’ll continue to make
Staunton
River High
School a great place to get an
education.
Sincerely,
Edwin L. Zimmerman
