The Library is an integral part of the instructional program at Thaxton. A full-time certified librarian maintains a collection of over 6000 books, magazines, videos, and other multi-media for the faculty and students. A flexible schedule accommodates both the student’s desire for a story time and the teachers’ need for research and instructional time. Additionally, the library media center sponsors many activities to encourage reading, to promote a love of books, and to assist in the student’s use of technology. We invite you to visit.
