Mr. Dupere is a dedicated educator with a career spanning over 4 decades, beginning in 1981. With extensive experience in both private and public administration, Mr. Dupere has demonstrated a commitment to fostering academic excellence and student development. Prior to residing in Bedford County, Mr. Dupere served as Headmaster of Berean Christian School in Palm Beach, Florida for 14 years.
Mr. Dupere has a comprehensive background in school operations, including administration, personnel management, budgeting, student services, professional development, facility construction and management, as well as campus safety and security. This extensive experience ensures that the school
environment is conducive to learning and growth for all students.
Mr. Dupere earned his B.S. in Physical Education from The King’s College, a M.A. in Health and Physical Education from Rowan University, and his M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lynn University.
Outside of professional achievements, Mr. Dupere is married, a proud parent of two adult sons, and a grandparent to five grandchildren reflecting the importance of family values in his life and work.
