OPEN REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
1.  The Bedford County School Board will accept sealed proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing redistricting services.

Bids are due Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Optional pre-proposal conference call May 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM.

2.   Bedford County Public Schools is looking for a firm to complete upgrades to the Wastewater Systems at Otter River and Stewartsville Elementary Schools as proposed in the design documents.

Bids are due Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Site visits will be Thursday, May 7, 2026.   
Stewartsville Elementary at 10:00 AM.  
Otter River Elementary at 12:00 PM.
